Training for a person with basic experience in cakes, wanting to refine their workshop.
Each participant will make their own 3-tier cake. The middle tier will have 2 fillings with cream (2 different flavors), fruit puree, jelly, and crunchy praline. The other two tiers will have cream. We will decorate the cake with flowers, decorations made of wafer paper, sugar paste, flexible lace, edible moss, etc.
We will create structures on the icing.
Training program:

/ - decorating the cake
Each participant will receive a script with tested recipes and many tips.
We will also discuss the following topics:

/- client portfolio - how to build it
/- cake pricing
/- organizing the week
/- transporting the cake
/- proven shopping tips + discount codes
/- competition and how to live with it.
After the training, each participant will take their cake home, a diploma of completion, a surprise gift, and will join a closed group on FB, where they can count on my support and that of other participants.
The price of the training is 1750 PLN, the maximum number of participants is two people.
The price includes training, lunch, snacks, and drinks.
The guarantee of reservation is the payment of a deposit of 500 PLN to the company account of Eksplozja Smaku, after prior confirmation of availability.
In case of cancellation of the training, the deposit is non-refundable. I issue an invoice or receipt.
