Do you want to avoid the traps of pseudo-development?
Are you afraid of spiritual bypassing that can lead to mental disorders? Your practice is not bringing positive results and you feel increasingly disappointed?
We invite you to the 'No Bullshit Workshops.' There will be no affirmations for money or a wonderful partner, no flights of fancy, or baths in ice holes.
Instead, there will be concrete and safe work with the mind, emotions, and body.
Personal and spiritual development is not about floating on a pink cloud; it is also not about replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. To achieve the desired effects, shortcuts cannot be taken, nor can problems be swept under the rug.
The cycle consists of 4 workshops, during which:
- you will learn what meditation is and how to meditate without losing your mind,
- you will gain practical knowledge about how your mind deceives you, because it deceives us all,
- you will learn and experience how the body affects the mind and how the mind affects the body,
- you will learn to work with your emotions and thoughts so that they do not overwhelm you.
All this to live more consciously, calmly, and to better cope with difficulties in everyday life.
Workshop II
The workshop is aimed at people who want to start their journey with meditation. We present the basics that one should start with in order to practice independently later.
The meditation we teach has no religious connotations, although it draws from various traditions and spiritual paths. It is treated as an effective and accessible tool for working with oneself – with emotions and the mind, allowing you to regain peace, harmony, and joy of life.
During the workshop:
– you will learn the basics of secular meditation,
– you will learn breathing techniques,
– you will learn relaxation techniques,
– you will learn concentration techniques,
– you will learn the correct position in meditation,
– you will learn the impact of meditation on health.
Before the workshop, do not drink strong coffee, strong black tea, or energy drinks. You should also avoid heavy meals, rather eat something light so as not to feel hungry.
