We cordially invite you to a winter theatrical walk. The heroine of the event will be Lulla La Polaca, the oldest Polish drag queen.
The inspiration for organizing the walk in Lulla's footsteps is the performance of the Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw 'Orlando. Biographies' directed by Agnieszka Błońska, in which Lulla tells about her life.
In addition to places known to the audience of the performance, during the walk we will refer to the book 'Lulla La Polaca. I know how to live!' written by Wiktor Krajewski (Znak Publishing House).
The walk will start in Grochów, Warsaw, and end at the Powszechny Theatre.
December 28, 2024.
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Meeting point - ul. Siennicka 15 (by the school entrance).
The walk will last about 1.5 hours.
Participation in the walk is free, however, if you feel that the guide deserves a tip (we encourage you!), it will be very pleasant for him 🙂

Lulla La Polaca/Andrzej Szwan
The oldest Polish drag queen who is not afraid of any stage. With the same lightness, grace, and elegance, she performs in queer clubs, in music videos of Ralph Kamiński and Miuosh, in advertisements of well-known brands, and on the stages of the Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw. She loves people, banquets, and festivals. For over a decade, her sensitivity, temperament, and colorful creations have delighted audiences and inspired artists. In 2022, Bogna Kowalczyk made a touching documentary film about Lulla titled 'Boylesque.' In 2024, for her activities in support of LGBT+ people, Lulla La Polaca was awarded the prestigious LGBT+ Diamond Awards.
