Functional pelvic floor training for women - CoDa Movement
I invite you to my original classes created with women of all ages and at different stages of life in mind.
This is a one-hour training in the form of a fluid flow, during which we will pay special attention to the work of the pelvic floor muscles, conscious breathing, strengthening the core, working with posture, and reducing tension around the spine and hips.
We will combine strengthening, mobilizing, and relaxing exercises based on medical training, pelvic floor muscle training using the BeBo® method, and natural movement.
The classes are intended for all women, especially if
you have a sedentary job and feel its effects in back stiffness and spinal pain
you are pregnant, want to be active, and prepare for childbirth
you are a mom and your body is not quite coping with the challenges of motherhood or you want to return to fitness after childbirth
you are of menopausal age and your body needs additional support due to the changes occurring in it
you train intensively - strength training, dance, yoga - and feel that you need to safely strengthen your core
About the instructor
My name is Kasia Wawrzycka, I am a medical trainer, pelvic floor muscle therapist using the BeBo® method, Pelvic Floor Safe trainer, specialist in training during pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause, movement and developmental dance trainer, and instructor of training courses for pregnancy and postpartum. And I am a mom.
For over 10 years, I have been supporting women's bodies at various stages of life. I place particular emphasis on the functional work of the pelvic floor muscles in the context of the whole body. I design my training so that movement on the mat translates into daily life and gives women a sense of competence and agency in their own bodies.
