We cordially invite you to a day of active meditations at the Bhavana Center. During this day, we will explore forms of meditation in motion that will allow us to deepen our connection with our bodies and help us engage with our emotions in a healthier way.
Active meditations are a wonderful way to awaken the body and release old tensions and blockages, which improves our self-awareness and emotional well-being. These practices
are a valuable resource and support in the therapeutic process.
To participate in this workshop, no prior experience with meditation is required. If you have any issues, injuries, or conditions in your body, please inform us
about this in advance.
cost: 150 PLN for the whole day
09.00 - 10.00 Dynamic Meditation
Dynamic meditation is a five-stage practice aimed at releasing emotional and mental blockages and introducing a state of greater awareness.
The first stage involves chaotic breathing through the nose and using the body's natural movements to gather
energy. The second stage is an opportunity to express and release any suppressed emotions that have surfaced. The third stage involves jumping and repeating the mantra
'hoo,' while remaining a witness to thoughts, emotions, and sensations. The final stage is a celebration of life and freedom, during which
one dances in any natural way, expressing joy and gratitude. Dynamic meditation aims to help
let go of conditioning, release suppressed emotions, and experience a deep state of awareness and vitality.
10.30 - 11.30 Gibberish Meditation
During this meditation, we allow ourselves to express what is within us and often what is not expressed through the 'gibberish' language, which is a language we do not know. It is an effective technique that gives space to parts of us that cannot express themselves, which for some reason are blocked or suppressed. The meditation allows us to clear the mind of the noise and chaos that accompany us daily.
12.00 - 12.45 Slow Flow Meditation
Slow Flow Meditation is a very gentle technique of moving and surrendering the body to gravity, during which we experience movement and breath from the Center of ourselves, not in an automatic or outcome-oriented way. It allows us to delve into ourselves and connect with the deep sensitivity within us.
lunch break
14.00 - 14.30 Walking Meditation/ zen walking
this meditation helps us ground ourselves through conscious, unhurried, and mindful walking, combined with breath and observation of everything that arises within us - feelings, thoughts, bodily sensations.
14.30 - 15.30 Kundalini Meditation
Kundalini Meditation is a unique practice that invites the body to tremble, dance, sit still, and deeply relax. This meditation aims to help release suppressed energy and bring about a state of bliss and relaxation. In the first stage, the body may shake freely.
The second stage consists of dancing. We encourage moving the body in a way that feels natural and joyful. In the third stage, it is recommended to close your eyes and remain still.
Whether you are sitting or standing, you become a witness to everything happening inside and outside, without changing or judging. The final stage involves lying down with closed eyes and remaining still. This stage allows for deep
relaxation and integration of the practice.
Practicing Kundalini Meditation is an opportunity to let go of control and surrender to the natural flow of energy within. It helps thaw tensions, release fear, and experience a state of fullness. Through this meditation, one can rediscover the feeling of freedom.
15.30 - sharing/discussion of the process
