We invite you to the salsa body movement open course as part of the pre-New Year courses!
Classes from Friday to Monday, December 27-30 at 18:00 will be led by the wonderful Agnieszka Pawińska!
The course takes place at Żelazna 59. Don't wait and reserve your spot in the course today!
The classes are intended for dancers of both New York salsa and Cuban salsa.
On the agenda:
1. A short course on how to work with the body - what isolations are, what body movement is - developing ranges vs developing control - tips on how to better use warm-ups in regular classes to make them as developmental as possible.
2. Examples of movement analysis that help determine what and how one actually moves, as it is not always so obvious.
3. The basics of combining movements and breaking down more complex movement flows into their fundamental components.
You will learn everything mentioned above by performing specific exercises for specific body parts, such as arms, chest, or hips, which will be a great opportunity for you for both a solid dance training and a better understanding of your body, which will translate into your development in the coming months, and maybe even years! 🙂
Step into the new year with a dance step!
