70 - 449 PLN
23.12.2024, 20:00 - 21:00
Do you want to build strength and confidence in low and/or high balances or work on mobility and active ranges, but don’t know where to start? Or maybe positions like crow, pincha, pigeon pose are already in your practice, but you want to develop in them, learn new transitions, and perfect what you have worked on so far?
If your answer to one of the above questions is YES, these classes are for you. I believe that a strong, stable body that utilizes its full, active ranges in movement is something we need. I wasn’t born standing on my forearms, hands, or doing deep bends, and I know exactly how much effort it takes to find yourself in such a position. Gaining trust in yourself and the world is a process that I warmly invite you to. And I assure you, it’s a fantastic adventure!
Classes start on September 18 and registration is required.

Mondays 20:00 - low balances (crow and variations, koundinyasana, eight-angle, grasshopper, flying pigeon, and others)

ADDITIONALLY:
For all participants, there is a WhatsApp group where we share news, update information, report needs, etc.
What if you don’t have years of practice behind you? What if you want to, but at the same time feel paralyzing fear of all these positions? Come, learn the tools, see how you feel about it, and how to work independently in a safe way at home to achieve your goal with respect for your body. I won’t force you to do something you’re not ready for. I will show you what you can do to achieve that readiness in your own time. I will point out areas that need to be worked on for the body to feel confident.
For whom these classes are definitely not suitable:
- for people with medical contraindications;
- for people who have practiced yoga or any other movement for less than 3 months;
- for people who lack motivation and expect the teacher to do all the work for them;
- for people who expect immediate results and try to shorten the process to a minimum;
- for people who think that yoga is just light, pleasant work and do not want to exert themselves.
The classes are led by - Justyna Urbaniak - who completed a teacher training course in vinyasa and hatha yoga, Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Power, Vinyasa, and Rocket yoga, and a course in Mobility Yoga (all accredited by Yoga Alliance). A participant in many retreat courses in Poland and abroad. She enjoys dynamic movement, but with respect for the body’s capabilities. More about her practice can be found on IG: good.enough.
