These meetings are a great opportunity to take care of both your body and mind, while also spending pleasant time in a friendly group. Our classes are tailored to your needs, and each participant will feel safe and comfortable here.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭?𝟏. 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 – simple exercises using hands, eyes, and voice that help improve memory, concentration, and counteract dementia. This is a great way to activate the mind and take care of brain health in an accessible and fun way.

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫: Our classes will be led by instructor Joanna Zaczyńska vel Zaczek – she graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, where she also worked as a university teacher, is a licensed recreational movement instructor, kettlebell instructor, second-degree masseuse, and certified animator for seniors. She conducts nordic walking classes, and health in a holistic approach, with elements of qi gong and Chinese medicine, is her specialty. She is also passionate about Argentine tango. On a daily basis, she serves as the vice president of the poMOC Foundation, conducting scientific classes in the Young Explorer Club for children and youth.
