I invite you to the author's film review entitled:
๏๔๓เєńςչє
The title refers to the idea of queerness proposed by Joanna Krakowska in her book “Odmieńcza rewolucja. Performans na cudzej ziemi.”

The choice of films is intuitive and authorial. I want to show works that are less well known, yet which made a big impression on me, resonated with what Mark Fisher proposes under the concepts of the bizarre and peculiar, and represented specific milestones in my understanding of identity, sexuality, eroticism, queer, post-gender, camp, grotesque or absurd. The process of showing these films in this and not other combination will perhaps (but necessarily) lead to interesting conclusions. At the same time, I hope that this is only the first season of the series!
Each screening will be structured as follows:
ᵕ̈ a short surprise visual form (music video, animation, short film, etc.);
ᵕ̈ a short lecture conducted by me on the film;
ᵕ̈ film;
ᵕ̈ common discussion.

ㄒ卂爪卩ㄖ卩ㄖ (1985) - Japanese comedy about a noodle bar. For me, the first foodporn.

Đɍ Ȼa̷łɨǥa̷ɍɨ (1989) - American film on the border of horror, comedy and erotica in Dr. Caligari's office. Mega bizarre, theatrical, but also juicy and sublime work.

𝒩𝒶𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓏𝒿𝒶 (1994) - Polish-Japanese film directed by Andrzej Wajda, based on an excerpt from Dostoevsky's “The Idiot.” The title Nastasya and Prince Myshkin are played by the same person, a representative of Kabuki theater.

T̨͈͗̌ͥā̤̓̍͘r̴̨̦͕̝ṇ̤͛̒̍ā̤̓̍͘t̲̂̓ͩ̑ỉ͔͖̜͌o̯̱̊͊͢ṇ̤͛̒̍ (2003) - a bit film, a bit long-duration-performance performed by a young person searching for its identity. Heartbreaking (at least mine).
𖤓 09.02.2025 g. 18:30 𖤓
Lҽɠҽɳԃα Kαʂραɾα Hαυʂҽɾα (2012) - an unconventional interpretation of the story of Kaspar Hauser. The character is presented as a bizzare, beautiful, simple-minded, post-gendered creature.
