November 16-17, we invite you to workshops with Weronika Kucharska.

'IFS - Internal Family System in Drama Therapy'.
Weronika is a graduate of Roehampton University,
a Board Member of the Polish Association of Drama Therapy Psychotherapy, a trainer at the Polish School of Drama Therapy, and a supervisor in the process of certification.
The Internal Family Systems Model (IFS) is an integrative approach in individual psychotherapy developed by therapist Richard C. Schwartz in the 1980s. It combines systems thinking with an approach in which the psyche consists of sub-personalities (parts). Each of them is characterized by an individual point of view and traits.
The IFS model uses family systems to understand how the internal structures of the subconscious are organized.
During the workshop, you will become familiar with this therapeutic intervention and understand how IFS can be applied in working with clients.
On the first day, we will creatively explore what IFS is, how it works, and how it can be adapted to work with various difficulties. This will be an opportunity to explore IFS on yourself through the use of creative and drama therapeutic means.
On the second day, there will be a reflective discussion on the application of IFS in therapy, providing an opportunity to ask questions and deepen understanding.
We will conclude the two-day workshop with a creative ritual used in drama therapy.
