💃 The workshop allows for development in the field of dance, emphasizing in-depth reflection on movement, creating contexts for its existence in contemporary theater, and shaping the individual somatic language of the participants. The training includes various techniques of working with the body. Participants will go through each stage of creating a choreographic work — from exploring the theme, through creating movement, to staging. Working on the movement performance constitutes the culmination of the creative process, and the presentation will take place in the beautiful spaces of UTU ✨

🕺 Participants discover a wide range of movement possibilities, allowing everyone to develop their unique movement language, tailored to their physical abilities and predispositions. The training develops not only technique but also body awareness and creativity, creating a space for continuous exploration of new movement paths.

🗣 The program also includes exercises that combine dance with dialogue, so that the interpretation of the text corresponds with the movement, exists in relation to it, or in opposition. It teaches stage presence, develops psychosomatic imagination, and the ability to improvise. Participants gain practical knowledge that enables them to consciously use their bodies in the created stage space, without restraint and with full expression, expressing their creative individuality 🎭

📅 Monthly workshops will conclude with a performance executed by the participants at the end of the year in June.

The condition for participating in the performance is attending two semesters of classes under the guidance of DZIKISTYL COMPANY.

FOR WHOM:

👤 Classes for adults, at the beginner or intermediate level in movement practice. You do not have to be a dancer! We invite actors, students of artistic fields, vocalists, and artists from other disciplines, as well as those who want to start their journey with art!

WHEN:

🗓 Classes take place once a month, on Saturday and Sunday. Each day lasts 5 hours.

HOW MUCH:

💰 Price: 400 PLN (monthly) for 10 hours of classes.
