Why Tatar cuisine? Because it is inseparably linked to Polish cuisine. We will find flavors that remind us Poles of summer vacations at grandma's in the countryside.

👉 During the culinary workshops, we will listen to a lecture on Tatar cuisine, familiarize ourselves with its history, secrets, and curiosities. Then we will make our own kołduny, pierekaczewnik, and yeast rolls. All this under the watchful eye of a member of the Tatar family living in Kruszyniany.

👉 We will also take a walk to the nearby mosque. It is the oldest wooden mosque in Poland – built in the 18th century, and it is a unique monument, as there are only two such structures within the borders of Poland!
