Registration 19:45-20:15

Start 20:15.

Late arrival is acceptable until 20:30.

1st Friday of the month DYP

2nd Friday of the month OD

3rd Friday of the month DYP Pro-Ama

4th Friday of the month OS

Every subsequent Friday is a timed DYP!

Entry fee: 20 PLN (to the tournament pool) + 10 PLN tournament fee (club members are exempt from the fee).

Scoring for the ranking:

1st place - 4 pts

2nd place - 3 pts

3rd place - 2 pts

Participation in the tournament - 1 pt

The Warsaw Ranking is conducted in a seasonal mode, which will be valid from October to June and reset each season to determine the best player in Warsaw for that season. The ranking will be conducted in 4 categories, i.e.

Main – Top 3 places in the ranking

Women – best female player

Best Singles Player

King of DYP

1-10 pairs:

1. 70 %

Minimum number of teams to start the tournament: 4

Tournament system:

Qualification phase

Up to 6 teams round-robin system, above that Swiss system 5 rounds.

Elimination phase:

Up to 8 teams, the final is played by the 2 highest qualified, above 8 teams, the finals are played by the 4 highest qualified.

We play according to the current ITSF rules.

There is a possibility to take an ad hoc referee (without qualifications) for a given match, who is chosen from among the participants of the tournament. Such a referee should be an experienced player who knows the rules of the game. For this purpose, one should report to the host before the given match.

CONSENT TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF IMAGE AND NAME

1. The participant of the EVENT voluntarily and free of charge consents to the dissemination of their image, name, and surname recorded by the Organizer of the EVENT, i.e. Warsaw Table Football Club, Warsaw ul. Marynarska 13, NIP: 521-326-08-74, KRS: 0000136082 for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes related to the business activities of the Organizer of the EVENT.

2. This consent is not limited in time or territory.

3. This consent covers all forms of publication, in particular, publication on the website and social media as well as in printed marketing materials.

4. The participant of the EVENT consents to the use of their image, name, and surname for all kinds of electronic image processing, cropping, and composition, without the obligation to approve the final product, but not in forms that are offensive or generally considered unethical.

5. The participant of the EVENT consents to their image being combined with the images of other participants of the EVENT.

6. This consent covers photos and/or videos containing the image of the participant of the EVENT made by the organizer as well as by a third party acting on behalf of the organizer.
