I invite you to a training session that will strengthen those abdominal muscles you didn't know existed 💪😀
The training is based on a system of strengthening, stretching, and flexibility exercises, conducted according to the method developed by Joseph Pilates.
The exercises focus not only on the deep abdominal muscles but also on other parts of the body (back, shoulders, arms, hips, buttocks, and legs). All positions are performed in a precise, smooth manner, at a moderate pace, and with a specified number of repetitions. The movements are coordinated with the breathing rhythm.
I encourage both women and men, with no age restrictions. Minors can participate in the training in the presence of a legal guardian or an authorized person.
It is not possible to participate in a single training session. A monthly pass must be purchased.
