I invite you to Thursday running training for women in Kabacki Forest.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁?
Of course, we start with a warm-up. Then we go for a running round (at a gentle pace) along the paths of Kabacki Forest.
The run is merely the 'background' for the content of the training, which consists of strengthening exercises that we perform 'along the way'.
A relaxed atmosphere, friendliness, and... chatting are not prohibited, which participants sometimes overdo 😄
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲?
At Kabacki Forest, specifically at gate B of the metro depot (at the beginning of Al. KEN), the start of the sidewalk leading to the forest from the Kabaty side.
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐬?
✔️ great company - it's cheerful, friendly, and we live for these trainings. We treat them a bit like a social meeting, and the form becomes somewhat 'in the background,' by the way 🙂
✔️ you will improve your fitness and physical condition
✔️ you will permanently improve your well-being, regularly boosting yourself with endorphins. This is our 'legal doping,' which we invite you to twice a week. Although there are participants who, due to lack of time, only come to Thursday or Tuesday trainings.
𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲?
👉 100% yes! I tailor the training loads individually for each of you, and if you have a problem with running - reach out, I will present you with another proposal for activities that better take into account your current form and health status.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁?
Single sessions cost 35 PLN. Of course, it’s cheaper in a monthly package (200 PLN). You then come on Thursdays and Tuesdays (stadium at Raabego Street - the same hours), and a single entry costs you only 25 PLN.
You can read more about the offer on my website www.treningzbasia.pl.
And you can read about the benefits of outdoor training here: https://www.treningzbasia.pl/artykuly/trening-w-plenerze.
🧑🤝🧑 You can join us at any
moment, starting from either the Thursday or Tuesday training.
