Mantras, ancient sounds in Sanskrit, are a key element in our meditation practice. They have a strong effect and significantly improve our well-being, among other things.
Classes are held at the Mantra House Meditation Studio, located in the very center of the city.
They are led by Andrzej Shadiy, a meditation instructor with over 30 years of experience.
