Dear Women!

I call you to the 13th Circle of Women 55+ at Wolska Mozaika at WCK in Warsaw.

The circle is a safe, sacred space where we can show ourselves without masks and express everything that lies on our hearts. It is a meeting of conscious women who share with each other in deep truth. We talk about OUR feelings and experiences from the position of an open heart. We give and receive attention and support from other women. We can reflect in our sisters like in a mirror, receiving reflection, confirmation, understanding, empathy, and compassion.

In the circle, we are all equal, we all create the energy of the circle, and we are equally responsible for it.

If you are attending the circle for the first time, please read the following rules carefully:

- Our circle is called for women 55+.

- The circle is a sacred space, created equally by all participants, who generate healing energy through mutual respect, support, and open hearts. It is not a therapeutic or social meeting!

- This is sacred time for each of us. We do not arrive late and do not leave before the circle is closed.

- Participants take the floor when they receive the 'talking object' (stick, stone, etc.). The speaking woman shares what is alive in her, talks about herself, her experiences, feelings, and experiences. SHE DOES NOT MAKE GENERAL TRUTHS, DOES NOT QUOTE BOOK WISDOM!

- The other women listen attentively without interrupting, without judgment, without criticism. They do not give advice!

- There is no obligation to speak. You can express yourself through silence, singing, dancing, or in any other way.

- To ensure a safe space, the confidentiality rule applies. What is said in the circle does not leave the circle.

- Without asking/permission, we do not touch objects placed on the altar by other women.

- If any woman takes too much time for herself or breaks the established rules, the Keeper has the right and duty to draw attention.

- The circle is free of charge.

- Before the start of the circle, participants cleanse themselves with white sage to purify the space and their own aura.

TIME: Saturday, November 9, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

PLACE: Wolska Mozaika, ul. Wolska 46/48.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Photos of ancestors, spiritual teachers, a power object, if you have one,

- A small snack for the shared table, possibly tea,

- Drinking water,

- If you need - something soft to sit on (we sit on chairs!).

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to ground yourself, make tea, and so we can start promptly at 5:00 PM.

ABOUT THE CALLER

I began my spiritual development path in Hungary (where I lived from 1984-2013) with the practice of Buddhist meditation in the Thich Nhat Hanh sangha, participating in personal development workshops and circle dancing.

Upon returning to Poland, I encountered women's circles. I felt the power of the community of women and was deeply enchanted by the healing energy of the circle. After several years of experiences in circles with young women, I longed to sit with mature women.

For two years, I have been calling circles for women 55+. In the summer of 2024, at the 8th Gathering of Women's Circles in Kosobud, I was initiated as an Elder by Tanna Jakubowicz-Mount and accepted into the Eldership of the Circle of Women.
