What is this workshop?
This workshop is dedicated to leaders who know that the change they seek outside begins within themselves. It is a workshop for those who are ready to develop the inner courage to be themselves, regardless of whether they are managers, CEOs, teachers, or parents. Because a leader is someone who takes responsibility for finding potential in others and then has the courage to develop it in them. This workshop has been designed based on over 20 years of research by Dr. Brené Brown from the University of Houston on shame, courage, vulnerability, and empathy, as well as her latest research on courage in leadership.
What is it about?
This workshop is built on the Dare to Lead™ model, which shows that courage is a set of four skills that can be learned, measured, and observed:
1. The foundation is vulnerability, which is the willingness to expose oneself, to bravely show who we really are.
2. The second is awareness of one's values and the ability to live in accordance with them.
3. The third is the ability to build trust in oneself and in others.
4. The fourth skill is navigating through difficulties, mistakes, and failures.
Why these four?
Dr. Brown's research has clearly shown that the greatest obstacle to courageous leadership is not fear itself, but the numerous ways we try to cope with that fear. Most often, in the face of fear, we put on armor that distances us from our values, ruins trust, prevents us from showing ourselves, and does not allow for healthy experiences of mistakes and failures. This workshop helps transform theoretical knowledge into inner experience and experience into daily practice.
Who is this workshop for?
For leaders, teams, teachers, entrepreneurs, coaches, trainers, parents.
