NVC for teachers

This is a series of workshops for teachers, educators, and others working with children and youth.

During the workshops, participants will gain skills in empathetic responding in difficult and conflictual situations. They will learn how to take care of themselves and prevent burnout. They will learn the basics of Nonviolent Communication and how to apply this way of communicating in schools, kindergartens, or other educational and care facilities.

Facilitators

Magdalena Wegner

Certified NVC trainer, mediator, social therapist, practitioner of Transactional Analysis in the field of education and organizations, Mindfulness teacher in the MBLC approach for adults and youth. She mainly works in the educational environment, both in public and private institutions. A fan of freedom-based education and introducing a partnership approach to systemic schools and kindergartens. She supports teachers and parents on the path of learning the language of Nonviolent Communication. She collaborates with small and medium-sized companies to support the implementation of changes and communication within the team. Mother of two already adult children. A lover of travel and growing vegetables and fruits in an ecological, nature-friendly way.

Aleksandra Gołaszewska

Certified NVC trainer, psychologist By education a psychologist, by passion a trainer. For 11 years, she has actively promoted the Nonviolent Communication method in Poland. She is an accredited facilitator of the Essence of Femininity and Masculinity program and a Certified NVC Trainer. Since 2010, she has been involved in the practice and promotion of the Restorative Circles method in Poland. She supports schools and kindergartens in implementing Nonviolent Communication – working with both adults involved in the institution's work and with children and their parents. She conducts open workshops on NVC or as part of longer programs. She works individually with people in difficult, conflictual situations or those seeking ways to practice and integrate NVC. She is a co-publisher of books related to Nonviolent Communication.

Other important information

Classes are conducted in a workshop format. During the classes, exercises are held in pairs and other smaller groups.

After the classes, we issue certificates confirming actual attendance, with the number of hours you were present recorded. They are issued to those present for no less than 60% of the classes.

The course is conducted by two trainers, with some classes led jointly and some by one of the trainers.

1400 PLN – can be paid in installments

When reserving a spot by 05.09.2024, the price is reduced by 200 PLN, so you pay only 1200 PLN
