In today's world, full of comparisons and judgments, it is easy to lose a sense of self-worth and uniqueness. The workshops 'Wrap Yourself in Your Value' are a series of meetings during which you will learn to appreciate yourself, focus on your strengths, and build self-confidence regardless of external opinions.
Benefits of participation:
Discovering and strengthening unique traits and talents.
Freeing yourself from the negative impact of social comparisons.
Building a healthy self-esteem based on your own values.
Learning how to draw inspiration from others without negative emotions.
Increasing your sense of inner peace and self-acceptance.
In the meetings, we will touch on topics such as:
Why do we compare ourselves to others? The inner critic and its tasks.
During this meeting, we will discuss why we tend to compare ourselves to others and what the psychological and social reasons for this are. Understanding these mechanisms is the first step to overcoming them. We will also address the topic of the inner critic and fear. We will explore ways to tame them.
Discovering and naming your boundaries.
What allows you to build them, where to start.
Discovering and appreciating your uniqueness and needs.
We will focus on identifying and celebrating the unique traits of each participant. Working on strengthening self-worth by becoming aware of your exceptional talents and skills. Reflecting on the basic needs of each of us and how they determine our behaviors.
Comparisons in the age of social media – how not to succumb?
Social media is a place where comparisons become particularly strong. During this meeting, we will discuss how to use social media in a healthy way and how to protect ourselves from their negative impact on our self-esteem. How we can use social media to build our self-worth and confidence.
Healthy self-esteem – building confidence from within.
We will discuss how to build self-esteem based on internal values rather than comparisons with others. We will learn techniques to strengthen self-worth regardless of external influences.
Practical strategies for everyday life – how to cope with comparisons?
At the end of the workshops, we will focus on practical strategies that will help participants deal with the temptation to compare themselves on a daily basis. We will learn how to live in harmony with ourselves and take joy in our own achievements.
