MEETING DESCRIPTION:
“Very Nice to Meet You” is the independent literary debut of Anna Stępniak. Published without any grants – neither from the left nor from the right. The author attempts to analyze interpersonal relationships that are becoming increasingly convoluted. Why is the conversation between two close people turning into two increasingly separate monologues? Are we facing a zombie life, unable to detach from screens? Are we doomed to an “idiocracy” and a world full of beings incapable of independent thought? Although the book was published in 2019, the issues presented in it are very relevant.
