September is a very good time to start your running adventure!
Under the guidance of specialists and running coaches, we invite you to free stationary training sessions that will teach you safe and conscious running. With us, you will learn the basics of proper planning and preparation for endurance effort!
The September cycle of classes is primarily about running education and familiarizing participants with training forms - running games, continuous running, hill sprints, and tempo training. All these elements are very important in a runner's plan, so it's worth knowing them inside out.
After training, each Participant will receive mineral water from Magnesia and gifts from our #BWTeam!
