    About the event

INVITATION Autumn equinox, a moment of fragile balance between light and shadow. We immerse ourselves in a time when nature creates a vessel for seeking balance between action (essence of the sun) and regeneration (essence of the moon). A time awakens, standing in its fullness, only to soon bow to the wisdom of dusk. The time of decay. Let us honor old age and what is old within us and remembers the old. We bid farewell to the energy of golden summer and welcome qualities that allow us to dive into deep meditation and reflect on the state of our harvests. In spirit and in matter. What have we sown? What conditions have we created for growth? What has grown? The time for gathering has come, and the time for storytelling has arrived. We warmly invite you to the 10th Circle for Ecopsychotherapy. During the meeting: - We will prepare wreaths together, weaving personal narratives of gratitude into them. - We will venture into the space of an old park in the city center to gather autumn's gifts. We meet on International Teacher's Day. This is perhaps the best moment to create a space in the circle for exchanging lessons we receive from Mother Earth and other non-human Beings. We hope that during this shared time, as we give thanks for personal gifts, we will simultaneously nourish the collective heart of the world, which is often very hungry nowadays. We invite individuals who feel particularly connected to actions for the Earth; are interested in topics such as ecopsychotherapy, ecopsychology, ecotherapy, deep ecology, forest therapy, and other activities that connect nature and humans. 📅 PRACTICAL INFORMATION - When: October 5th, 12:00-17:00 - Where: Warsaw, ul. Chocimska 12/4 Bring gifts for the shared table; we plan to have a communal meal during the meeting. Also, bring materials for the wreath: leaves, fruits, branches, grasses, decorative ribbons, and various elements you will need for creation. We will gather additional materials from nearby parks during a shared walk. We will prepare some materials for you on-site, but we aim to create from shared treasures. We encourage carpooling arrangements in the "discussion" section of this event. We will contribute to the cost of renting the room (cost: 15-20 PLN/person). ⚠️ IMPORTANT If you are in a therapeutic or supervisory process with the organizers of the Circle, please talk to them before sending your application.
