We invite you to Active Thursdays at PGE Narodowy – a series of free training sessions led by professional coaches.

We meet every Thursday of the month at 19:00.

Place: by Gate 11 of PGE Narodowy.

The sessions are run by specialists from the Warsaw club Team ZabieganeDni, which for 10 years has brought together running enthusiasts and people with an active lifestyle.

In the program:

• running
• conditioning exercises adapted to participants’ levels (both beginners and more advanced)

Bring with you:

• comfortable clothing
• sports shoes
• a water bottle
