The stage is a symbol of a space for courage, authenticity and self-expression — female creativity, talent, sensitivity and the power of creation.

PROGRAM:

10:00–11:00 – Doors open. In our café you can eat a healthy breakfast and drink a creative coffee.

11:00–12:30 – BEATA GOŁASZEWSKA

• Author meeting about the book „Amasadorowa”.
• A conversation about the strength that is born in turning points and about the fact that it is never too late for change.
• A sworn translator of the Lithuanian language, single mother of two sons. She will talk about her difficult life path, experiences of trauma and the courage that allowed her to start anew.

12:30–14:00 – MONIKA BELISTEIN

• Meeting “Creation as a source of female strength and growth”.
• She will talk about the power of creation in a person's life and why it is a special source of strength and development for women.
• A designer, costume designer and art lover; creator of unique clothing and accessories. In her Warsaw studio she designs individual wardrobes for women and men. She is inspired by fashion and Japanese art, works with high-quality materials, often from recycling and production surpluses. She creates series – not collections.

14:00–16:00 – Lunch break. We invite you for bowls and stacks of roasted vegetables.

16:00–17:00 – ZUZANNA STAŃCZYK

• A practice combining Kundalini yoga exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques that support inner balance and energy.
• A certified instructor; passionate about travel, sports and natural medicine.

17:00–18:00 – KATARZYNA KAHUNA KIERAŚ

• Taiji and Qigong – conscious movement of the female body.
• Instructor of Old Style Yang Taiji and Qigong. The practice is based on female biomechanics and supports hormonal balance and strengthening of deep muscles, including the pelvic floor. It is a calm, mindful movement combined with breath that helps find stability and grounding – in the body and in life.

18:00–19:00 – MAŁGORZATA DEC

• Gong concert — a deep sound journey that brings solace, cleansing and inner harmony.
• A psychoenergy therapist working with a holistic approach – body, mind, spirit.

19:00–20:00 – Café conversations with herbal infusions or wine.
