A 90-minute relaxation concert combined with a bowl massage (with a larger number of participants the massage is performed in the aura) — a deeply relaxing session that, through beneficial vibration, affects every cell of the body. It is vibroacoustic stimulation that influences the psyche and the body.
Sound waves, reaching the body through the ears, bones, muscles and skin, act directly on cells and internal organs. The frequencies of bowls and gongs resonate with the natural frequencies of specific organs and stimulate their proper functioning, supporting prevention and health promotion. The resonating music soothes, creating a safe and pleasant sound space — the concert also serves as a meditation, helping to calm and train the mind.
We will wrap you in soothing sounds of crystal bowls, handpan, kalimba, shamanic drum, tongue drum, rainmaker, sea drum, gong drum and other instruments.
The relaxation concerts are dedicated to everyone who wants to pause the whirl of daily duties for a moment and, focusing on themselves, allow themselves to be wrapped in sound. Recommended for people struggling with fatigue, malaise or depression.
Contraindications:
Participants take a comfortable position (most often lying) on mats or blankets.

ALEKSANDRA GEWALD
Professional musician, graduate of the Academy of Music in Wrocław, music and theatre instructor. Founder of a music-theatre workshop, interested in a holistic approach to health, practicing mindfulness, yoga and meditation. She completed levels I–IV of massage according to the Peter Hess method and a mindfulness course.
JOLANTA SZYNDLER-LINETTE
Musician (Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw), teacher and music therapist (postgraduate studies). She is interested in herbal medicine and healthy nutrition; in her free time she trains muay thai and engages in decoupage and preserving nature in epoxy resin.
