About the event

Myths and Challenges in Relationships

If your sense of loneliness in the relationship is growing day by day… If it seems you are reaching a dead end… If you cannot agree on an increasing number of issues… If a “quiet” or “loud” DOMESTIC WAR is knocking on your door… We invite you to the C.E.L. Foundation.

We offer a series of weekend group meetings for couples interested in overcoming situational and developmental crises.

"...we have everything needed to create happy relationships … sometimes we just don't know about it… or we can't use it… instead of seeking cooperation we sink into wars with our closest ones… we want to live more fully, and we are losing more and more..."

During the group sessions you will have the opportunity to:

  • check which of the things needed to build good relationships you already have and for what important reason you don't use them
  • become convinced of your own worth and uncover a store of unlimited personal and family resources that can support you when you get lost
  • recognize what is your responsibility and what does not depend on you, and learn to make sensible decisions based on facts, without getting entangled in more myths
  • learn to say what you want, the way you want and when you want
  • learn effective strategies for solving problems and conflicts and building cooperation despite everything…

📅 Dates:

  • two-day meeting: March 21–22, 2026
  • one-day meetings: April 12, 2026; April 25, 2026; May 17, 2026
  • two-day meeting: June 13–14, 2026
  • reserve dates: April 26, 2026 and July 4–5, 2026 (in case it is not possible to start in March)

⏰ Times: Sessions on Saturdays and Sundays start no earlier than 10:00 and end no later than 18:30.

📞 Applications and contact:
Phone (C.E.L. Foundation Office): 508 797 177 (Mondays and Thursdays, usually 15:00–18:00). You can leave a message with your phone number.
Email: biuro@fundacjacel.pl (you can send your phone number and a request for contact).

The first step is a meeting with the group leader. Sometimes the decision to join a group requires time and maturation — we also invite you to consultations (consultation offer is exclusively for Mokotów residents).

The group offer is aimed at Mokotów residents, but if there are free places we invite couples from other districts of Warsaw (we usually inform about availability four days before the start of the sessions).

💰 Participation in the sessions is free of charge.

Group sessions for couples are carried out as part of the project Stop helplessness in the face of domestic and family violence; the project is funded by the Capital City of Warsaw, Mokotów District.
