We invite you to a new series of Sunday yoga meetings in the space of Zachęta – National Gallery of Art. Surrounded by contemporary art, among works that stimulate imagination and senses, we encourage you to practice mindful presence in the here and now. Yoga at Zachęta is a proposal for regular sessions that will take place every Sunday, offering participants a unique experience in an extraordinary setting. Each meeting lasts 60 minutes and includes an introduction through calming and breathing exercises (pranayama), gentle vinyasa-style yoga practice – fluid movement sequences combined with breath, and final relaxation in a lying position. This practice supports mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and building a connection with the body. Conducted with care and attention, it is adapted to all skill levels and will touch not only bodies but also minds and hearts. The meetings are open to everyone, regardless of experience, gender, or age. To participate, all you need are comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. 👩🏫 Julia Krup – yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher. Practicing since 2017, teaching since 2022. She conducts vinyasa-style classes, combining movement with pranayama and meditation techniques. She has completed, among others, 200h TTC Vinyasa, courses in pranayama, mantra, yoga nidra, neuro-yoga, and philosophy. She holds a master's degree in sociology, which brings a mindful, humanistic perspective to her work, considering the complexity of human nature. She is inspired by yoga philosophy, which she explores with passion, as well as her own Zen Buddhist meditation practice, creating a space where yoga supports self-connection, mindfulness, and inner well-being.
