About the event

Program includes:

1. A person with a disability in civil and family law:
- access to family life for people with disabilities
- possible forms of legal support for a person with a disability, including incapacitation
2. Alternative forms of legal support:
- notarial power of attorney
- a guardian for a person with a disability
- substitute court consent to carry out a legal act
3. Civil and criminal liability of persons with disabilities

The training is addressed to everyone interested in the topic of the meeting, caregivers of people with disabilities and people with disabilities themselves.
