In this run, everyone is a winner – it's time to start the countdown to the fourth edition of the Orlen Paralympic Run, which will take place on October 5th in Kępa Potocka Park in Warsaw. 📅 Registration starts on September 1st at 12:00 PM. The Orlen Paralympic Run is being organized for the fifth time. You can run, walk, or roll in a wheelchair – the formula ensures that participation in the event is absolutely accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of ability. The goal of the run is to show that everyone can be physically active. All you need to do is choose the distance that suits you. In our event, it's truly not about the result but about participation and completing the run at the distance chosen by the participant. That's why we've prepared two routes for you: - The first one, a 1 km integrative walk-run for absolutely everyone interested. Participants can cover the chosen distance by running or walking. You can run with a stroller, use Nordic walking poles, or run with a guide or an assistance dog. It's also allowed to complete the distance in a wheelchair, using prosthetics or crutches. We invite people of all ages, big and small. We do this for the idea, personal satisfaction, or health, which is multidimensional – just like our run. - The second route, a slightly longer distance of 5 km, is available for runners and walkers. This route is open to everyone aged 14 and older who wants a Sunday workout, a training start, or simply an active time in good company. The title sponsor of the 5th Orlen Paralympic Run is Orlen S.A.
