Take off your shoes and the belief that dance is only for the chosen ones. Immerse yourself in mindfulness and dive deep within yourself. Feel the scent of blooming nature and awaken your wildness. We spend too much time separated from what is our natural home and rhythm. The meeting is purposeless. We are quite productive in our daily lives. Just come, breathe consciously, and move your body, which is your temple. We will use the music of the surroundings and the rhythm of drums, which have accompanied our ancestors in dance and rituals for centuries. Instead of club/musical overstimulation, I wish for you to open up to the present moment. Through guided meditation at the beginning and mindful questions during the dance, I will support your process of building connection with yourself, the environment, and others. Surrender to the rhythm of your heartbeat, the sound of the wind, or the drum. Surrender to the moment. Follow your inner guidance mindfully. What do you feel like doing NOW? What do you feel in THIS MOMENT? How will you express it through movement? Once you establish contact with yourself and the environment, a space for voluntary dancing with others will emerge. I will also propose dancing in a circle. Allow yourself to be seen and noticed by the community. We are like raindrops collectively forming an ocean. When your body says enough to movement, you can lie down in the grass at any moment and observe yourself and the space in stillness.
