Women's Circle CLOSENESS

We invite you to the next meeting of the Women's Circle CLOSENESS

A women's circle responds to everyday rush, alienation and feelings of loneliness. It is a safe space for meeting, conversation and being together.

In the CLOSENESS circle:

• we nurture sisterhood and connection with ourselves
• we talk about women's issues (and more)
• we create space for speaking up and mindful listening
• we share experiences – without judgments or advice

Each meeting focuses on one word or topic that becomes a pretext for reflection and conversation.

Important information:

• the circle is not a therapy group
• meetings are not led by a psychologist or therapist
• they have a discussion-workshop character
• they are intended for adults

Rules of the CLOSENESS Women's Circle:

• we are all equal – every voice matters
• we listen and speak from the heart
• we do not judge, criticize, or give advice
• we are not late and stay until the end of the meeting
• we do not interrupt others' statements
• we speak about ourselves, our feelings and experiences
• we listen with attentiveness and empathy
• confidentiality applies – what happens in the circle stays in the circle
• if a statement is too long or breaks the rules, the circle convenor may signal it
• the circle is closed by the facilitator – without summaries or comments
