THE CENTER FOR PERSONAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT "HERE AND NOW" in NOWE KAWKOWO www.tuiteraz.eu invites you on February 21-22, 2026, to a vocal workshop for beginners in Warsaw “DISCOVER YOUR VOICE” VOICE LABORATORY LED BY OLGA SZWJAGIER "...I believe that every person is creative. Improvisation is... innate. You just need to focus proper attention on yourself and believe in yourself. Visible vibration is light, and audible is sound. You see and hear sound and color. Because it is the same." /Olga Szwajgier/ We invite you to a vocal workshop with Olga Szwajgier – one of the world's greatest sopranos, but also a charming woman, full of joy of life and a sense of humor, endowed with an extraordinary ability to work with people. Classes with her are pure pleasure. At the beginning, Olga helps each participant find their own, personal sound, as well as the place where it is born within us. She teaches how to produce the voice effortlessly. And all this happens with her kind and warm support. In the first workshop, you do not yet work with specific musical material such as a song or piece. Beginners work only with sound, because the most important thing is to learn proper voice emission at the very beginning of their "vocal journey". Olga's workshops are intended not only for amateurs, but also for vocalists, actors, teachers, and people for whom a clear and resonant voice is essential at work. From Olga's teaching experience, there are no people without hearing, voice, or sense of rhythm, only an inability to use these means of expression. Olga teaches how to sing with the whole body, believing that what is available to her is also available to others. Therefore, I encourage everyone who would like to open up to this new and extraordinary form of self-expression to participate in the workshop. A workshop with Olga Szwajgier is above all about searching, discovering yourself and your sound. The classes inspire you to explore and search for your hidden vocal abilities, help rebuild self-confidence, teach tolerance and self-acceptance, and teach you to use your mistakes as "grandmasters" in development. Olga does not impose the only right path, quite the opposite – she shows that copying others is a loss of oneself. She encourages you to use the power of your intuition, imagination, visualization, and autosuggestion. She bases her work on the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. She teaches how to heal your voice and your soul. "When the right sound, prolonged, singing, passes through the human body – under the influence of vibration, reaching every single cell, all blockages in us dissolve, energy centers are stimulated. Singing, joyful singing, to the glory of God, or whatever we call it, reaches the deepest regions of the body and soul. It makes us better, more open to the world, and we see its most beautiful sides." /Olga Szwajgier/ From Olga's teaching experience, there are no people without hearing, voice, or sense of rhythm, only an inability to use these means of expression. Olga teaches how to sing with the whole body, believing that what is available to her is also available to others. She can talk with unusual honesty and courage about journeys into herself, about searching for the roots of her own existence. She believes that all events in our lives are caused by our thoughts and words – "Your thoughts and words – she often repeats – create your reality." Therefore, we encourage everyone who would like to open up to this new and extraordinary form of self-expression to participate in the workshop. Sound is movement, breath, and vibration. The voice is not limited by melody, it is not transformed by words. You are in Olga Szwajgier's voice laboratory. Each workshop is different – says Olga Szwajgier – but there is always work with breath, imagination, feelings, and the body, with the instrument that is a human being. I conduct many relaxation exercises to "calm" jaw tension, which distorts diction and sound. Free, deep breathing renews our contact with the Whole, restores peace to existence, improves physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual posture. Singing calls us to be in unity here and now, that is, in union: thought – word – feeling – action! Singing regenerates concentration and releases creativity. – We reach for our "super-abilities" – continues Olga – like a princess asleep in a tower. With love for effort, patience, love for hope, for joy, we awaken in ourselves what has always been us! We are sound, built of sounds, as mystics have always claimed and, more recently, quantum physicists. Joel Sternheimer proved that our energy field is filled with suspended sounds waiting to enter the body. Each element of the atom has its own frequency, and the right sounds we sing and listen to heal us at the atomic level and change the information contained in the DNA code. Musician, composer, and biotherapist Fabien Maman develops this knowledge in practice. He proves that cancer cells disintegrate under the influence of sounds. – We are nourished by what we hear, what we see, what we think, what we feel. So it is worth "consuming" beautiful views, good thoughts, wonderful sounds. We are here on earth to give joy: to ourselves, to others, to the whole planet! We have no other task – concludes Olga. Forgive yourself – Recently I had to give a speech in place of my boss – says Karina. – I kept telling myself: "Don't be afraid, everything will go well," but in front of the microphone my throat was so tight that it was hard for me to produce a sound. The therapist recommended singing workshops. The first day started with making silly faces. – I couldn't allow myself such looseness – admits Karina. – I hope that one day I will find it, but I can't expect too much from myself. Because even as a child I didn't make such faces. It was difficult for me, I didn't know what I would see in the mirror. Karina always had to be pretty and smiling. And now such a grimace? And it turned out that nothing happened. – During relaxation, the light I received was extremely pleasant. I realized how much I demand from myself every day. I have such a desire for perfection, I always wonder how I look, what others think of me. It turns out I don't have to be perfect, and that's okay. At music school, she felt bullied and criticized. – And here at first I was afraid I would be judged – she says. – I only relaxed when we had to sing out of tune. I remembered that a mistake is the best teacher. We have to make mistakes to develop. But in play, in relaxation, with laughter. I hope that one day at karaoke I will be able to stand in front of the microphone, sing, and enjoy it. During the exercises, you can look at the thoughts and attitudes that arise. Karina: – I saw my limitations and fears, but in a good way, with love. I thought: "The voice is not right and I can't do this," but I laughed at it. I realized I have to throw out everything I keep inside. I realized I was hurting myself. I felt sorry that I was so cruel to myself and at the same time defenseless. It was moving. I stopped thinking about others, it was just me and the desire to take care of myself. I sang a song of forgiveness and cried. Enjoying the experience – I was looking for something to help me free my voice – says Wojtek. – I often feel that I speak with a constrained voice, sounds come out that I wouldn't want. Singing out of tune at the beginning was liberating for me. When you allow yourself to make mistakes, you start the process of reaching purity. – I had great joy in hearing my voice – he recalls. – And in feeling it more and more. I did simple exercises, such as raising the palate and showing the tongue, and I felt they helped me sing better and encouraged me to keep searching. It was like peeling an onion – removing successive layers imposed on us by culture. Everything that happened was meant to shake us out of everyday routine and lead us deeper, into an intimate relationship with the core of being. – It was free and sublime. An ocean of sounds. There were many, completely new to me and so strongly intertwined like a carpet. There was a sense of divinity in it – continues Wojtek. Entering into harmony with reality by producing sound. By extracting from yourself a voice that is not limited by melody or transformed by words. – We didn't have to sing according to notes or any formula – he explains – just produce a sound that connected with others. It was an extremely valuable experience of acceptance and unconditional existence. It is permission to be fragile. To find the child within yourself. Wojtek: – The resistance I felt quickly disappeared. I gave myself a lot of freedom. In meditations, I dialogued with sound, with my memories. I didn't try, or at least I tried not to try. I was more or less aware of the voices around me, sometimes they controlled me, sometimes I led them. A cosmic experience that everyone used in their own way. And even if you feel that it gave you nothing because blockages didn't let you accept it, the body still recorded it. It became your experience. Let the child sing – Friends asked me to do a workshop on opening the voice – says Natasza. – I showed a few exercises. They liked it, but I thought I didn't know anything. I understood my problem: I'm afraid I'm not good enough. I started looking for a workshop that would help me open up. First exercises: "silly faces." – I felt they helped me free myself from patterns – she recalls. – They disarmed the inner critic with laughter. I said to myself: "What are you doing? How are you behaving?" but I kept making silly faces, laughing at it. Rebellion appeared in me when we started singing, rocking our inner child. I thought: "this is unprofessional." In the evening, I had a breakdown. – I realized it was my ego. I'm a psychotherapist and couldn't accept authority. I decided to open up. The second day started with laughter exercises. I thought: "how artificial," but I started laughing and saw that it worked. And that I take life too task-oriented, too seriously. I stopped focusing on having to, and started having fun. – Everyone sang differently and I felt it was extraordinary – she says. – At the moment when everyone focused on allowing themselves this free singing, beautiful music was created. I started receiving and emitting sounds until I completely dissolved in the vibration. This feeling of unity and acceptance gave me a deep experience of contact with the source. Whatever we call it – God, the Absolute, or Our True Self. I felt we are drops of a greater whole. I realized that the attitude of "because I have to" can be in everything – in life, in therapy, and in the approach to God. And it is this that must be abandoned. You just have to marvel at what is happening. Natasza: – For a long time I had grievances against my parents. During meditation, I saw myself and them as small. I felt I had reached the child that is in everyone. I felt a connection with our human nature, which is good at its core. On the level of bodily experience, it was extraordinary. All my life I was looking for home. And here I felt I have it within me. That in it, in me, lives my soul, my voice. And when I completely let go of thinking and control, I started to feel that it wasn't me singing. It was an enchanting voice. Deep, strong, beautiful. One voice intertwined with the voices of others. As if one Great Human was singing. And I just had to let Him sing through me. Healing effects of sounds: - The consonant M – manifests in white light, responsible for the crown center and regenerates the pineal gland. - The vowel I – visible in violets, related to the so-called third eye; regenerates the pituitary gland. - E – is the throat, blues, the center of communication and the thyroid. - A – the center of the spiritual heart, pinks and green, related to the thymus. - O – related to the solar plexus, in golden color; - deep O – orange color, related to the sacrum, reproductive organs. - U – related to the bottom of the abdomen, red. - Y – deepened U, energy centers in the feet. Vowels strengthened with appropriate sounds, frequencies, and good intentions, turned into the power of good words, make us healthy. Teaching method Olga Szwajgier's original method, thanks to which she expanded her vocal range from four to six octaves. The classes consist of lectures, vocal exercises (group and individual), and relaxation. The learning is based on the instrument that is a human being – on breathing, speech, singing. It is knowledge about connections with anatomy and energy centers. Work with the body and imagination.
