EXCELLENT PATIENT SERVICE - Ninja Level Advanced TRAINING AND WORKSHOP For Dental Reception Staff A professionally run Reception is a strategic place in every dental practice. Working in this position is a big challenge and every day there are, or may be, DIFFICULT SITUATIONS that require a high level of professionalism. See what the course looks like and what its participants say: ABOUT THE COURSE This is a course for experienced Reception Staff who want to handle difficult everyday situations even more professionally. GOALS We are not afraid to set goals. We strive for excellence, so we guarantee you the ability to handle the most difficult situations. How to speak politely yet assertively and firmly: - Talk to a patient who confirmed an appointment but did not show up. - Talk to a patient when there are no convenient dates for them. - Talk to a patient when they want to cancel or keep changing appointment dates. - Talk to a patient when you need to reschedule their appointment, even more than once. - Talk to a patient who behaves aggressively or rudely. - What to do when a patient insists on a specific date or entry to the office, or refuses to fill out a questionnaire. - Reassign a patient to another doctor when the owner no longer wants to perform certain procedures or the practice has ended cooperation with a given doctor. - Overcome various other objections from demanding patients. He is a lecturer at the Digital Smile Design Academy, Dawson Academy, and the author of a series of articles for Medical Tribune Stomatology. For over 3 years, he co-managed one of the largest dental clinics in Poland, which doubled the number of treated patients during that time. He is the author of effective training programs, specializing in training dentists and the professional development of dental practices. He has completed dozens of closed training projects, and during a ceremonial gala, honored leading dental practices with the prestigious "Heart of Excellent Patient Service" award. Over 5,000 participants have attended his courses and lectures on management and communication with patients. Thanks to his practical knowledge and experience, he effectively helps dental teams whose mission is maximum satisfaction and assistance to dental patients.
