
Student and PhD Students' Historical Scientific Circle of UKSW invites participation in the nationwide scientific conference titled “Ad unionem velut membrum corpori Regni”. The conference aims to reflect on manifestations of changing concepts of international relations and arrangements (homages, unions, secessions, incorporations) through selected examples.
Papers and discussions will address issues such as the limits of sovereignty, integrative and disintegrative mechanisms, and the political and social consequences of these processes.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail by the end of December 2025. The list of speakers and the conference schedule will be distributed in January 2026.

Conference fee: 50 PLN for speakers. External listeners may attend free of charge.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select submitted abstracts. The conference is nationwide and interdisciplinary — students, PhD candidates and early-career researchers from various disciplines are welcome.
