Are you planning a school trip? You'll definitely need a backpack - a drawstring bag where you can pack everything you need for such an occasion. Sewing isn't such a simple task, but with good training and a few proven tricks, you'll learn how a sewing machine works and create your own drawstring bag. Why is it worth participating? - You'll have the chance to try your hand at sewing with a machine. - During the workshop, you'll cut the fabric and sew a drawstring backpack. Perfect for school trips. - The simple construction of the backpack won't cause problems, even if you have no clue about sewing. Off you go, with a drawstring backpack! Registration opens on 6.09.2025, 8:00 AM Registration link: https://warszawa.robisz.to/rodzinne-soboty - Number of spots: 6 teams (each consisting of 1 child + 1 adult) - Participant age: 8+ - Experience: not required - Free of charge All necessary materials will be available on-site. Priority for the workshop is given to individuals who participated in workshops at FabLab powered by Orange more than 2 months prior to the planned workshop date. This rule aims to allow new participants to experience FabLab. We also accept registrations directly for the waiting list (the system accepts a total number of applications equal to twice the target number of participants). Sending an application does not guarantee participation - we will contact you to inform whether you are on the main list or the waiting list. The event is organized by the Robisz.to Association in cooperation with the Orange Foundation.
