- 28 years of nursing experience, with a focus on palliative care, long-term care, wound treatment and treatment of malignant ulcers in various healthcare facilities.
- Head nurse in the Palliative Medicine Department at St. Kamila Hospital in Tarnowskie Góry with many years of experience in team management and caring for patients requiring specialized procedures to improve quality of life.
- Educator and mentor – university lecturer at the Małopolska State Higher School named after Witold Pilecki in Oświęcim. Lecturer for specialization courses, supervisor of internships and professional practice for nurses.
- Author of numerous articles and speaker at nursing and wound care conferences in Poland and Europe. Works on wound management were accepted at EWMA in Kraków, London and Barcelona.
- Co-author of the consensus "Treatment of nipple wounds during breastfeeding". Currently working on a draft titled "consensus on malignant ulcers in patients under palliative care". Member of the Polish Society for Wound Treatment.
