Deerhunter Booking agency and Mechanik club cordially invite you to a concert by the drone doom metal legend, the Canadian duo Nadja. This will be their first show under that name in Warsaw since September 2022, when they played at Pogłos a few days before the club was demolished.

Nadja [Drone Doom Metal // Shoegaze // Ambient] [Toronto, Canada]
The Canadian experimental music group classified in the ambient / drone doom metal genre. It began in 2003 as a solo project founded by Aidan Baker. In 2005 bassist Leah Buckareff joined him. The band is characterized by slow and dark tones and a powerful wall of sound; tracks can last several tens of minutes, and vocals are rare. Inspirations include Swans, Godflesh, My Bloody Valentine, Codeine, Coil, Big Black, Sunn O))), Khanate.

IHIH [Drone // Noise Rock // Experimental Rock] [Warsaw, Poland]
(i hate it here) is Tadeusz Wnuk (m.in. HEY HATO, SHIVERS & SHAKES, aAaaaTkanki) and Mateusz Romanowski (m.in. Hanako, Melisa, 2/3 Soli) playing music for two guitars. In 2024 they recorded two albums: "Miało przyjść, a nie przyszło" and "Miało nie przyjść, a przyszło" — the result of joint meetings and a musical-life friendship, combining noisy and subdued inspirations.

SONDA KOSMOS [Post Punk // Coldwave] [Warsaw, Poland]
The band was officially launched on January 1, 2026; preparatory work lasted a year, they are now beginning to record tracks and plan to release debut material. Post-punk in a DIY spirit — loud, atmospheric, bass-forward and Polish lyrics. The lineup includes people known from projects such as Tekla Goldman, baṣnia, Swayzee, Fale and others.
