O wydarzeniu

Sometimes we want to help but don’t know how to do it well. We want to be supportive while not harming the other person or ourselves.

That’s why the “Steps to Freedom” conference was created — an event dedicated to addictions, both chemical and behavioral, such as: pornography, gambling, compulsive eating, excessive use of social media, and also the mechanisms of codependency.

The conference program focuses on current knowledge about the mechanisms of addiction and contemporary problems, particularly useful for everyone who helps others in their daily work and ministry.

What will you gain from the conference?

  • A deeper understanding of addictions: why they arise and what promotes their development
  • Practical tools for helping, not just theory
  • A broader psychological and spiritual perspective
  • Networking with people who actually help others
  • Inspiration and new motivation for further action
