Improvisation Course Level 2 is a series of 8 workshops where you will learn to create improvised two-person scenes. In the course, you will discover how to create a story plot in real time that will draw viewers into a new world, intrigue, and surprise them. You will learn tools and practical methods for creating interesting improvised stories. To enroll in the course, you must have completed Level 1. What will it look like? - The course consists of 8 workshops and ends with a performance. - Meetings last 2.5 hours (2:15h workshop + 15 min break), totaling 16 hours of workshops. What will you learn? - Creating a scene platform – the foundation that will allow you to build solid and coherent scenes. - Techniques that will help you create dynamic and engaging stories. - How to use the platform in play. - Effectively cooperate with a partner to build a coherent and natural narrative together. - Using 'mistakes' in the scene to your advantage. - Building relationships and using time to create tension in the scene. What will you gain from this course? - Creating improvised stories in two-person scenes - Creating engaging stories based on character relationships - Playing different characters and giving them authenticity - Building stories together with a partner on stage - Consciously using time and movement on stage You will also develop: - Spontaneity - Self-confidence - Taking initiative - Creativity - Coping with unpredictable situations - Courage Additionally, you will meet new and interesting people, have a good time, break your barriers, expand your comfort zone, and find an escape from everyday life.
