Do you feel unprepared to write a novel but want to improve your writing skills? Join our workshops for those who don't need to start from scratch. We will read, discuss, analyze masterful short stories, and, of course, write, learning from our own mistakes. There's no more effective method. COURSE PROGRAM: - Session I: How to create a memorable character. They don't have to be beautiful, likable, or even smart. They need to matter to us. An ordinary person can also be interesting if they evoke emotions. How is this done? Together, we will create such a character. - Session II: How to use multiple narrations without confusing the reader. The omniscient narrator is becoming outdated. Today's readers demand dynamic narration from the perspectives of multiple characters. How not to get lost in this? We'll learn how. - Session III: How to tell ordinary stories in an interesting way. A good story tells itself. An ordinary story needs to be told well. Dramatic principles help with this. Plot twists, climaxes, and suspense are useful not only in thrillers. We'll master these rules to later break them consciously. - Session IV: How to break patterns. It's said that everything has already been told and no new stories can be invented. So why does everyone keep trying? Because the same stories can be told in completely different ways. We'll learn how to break narrative patterns and effectively surprise the reader.
