Do family and its fate really shape us? Sometimes learning a story can change a person’s life...
1960s America. Editor Alan Smith is assigned to prepare material with World War II veterans. One of the selected people is school headmistress Jadwiga Wordyłowicz, a prewar countess. A meeting of such different people must lead to… no, better not to reveal it. It is worth mentioning, however, that editor Alan Smith will meet one more woman on his path: the slightly eccentric Alusia. Jadwiga and Alusia do not know each other, have never met, but the memories that connect them will affect Alan’s life, changing it completely.
