
Once a year – a one-of-a-kind workshop! Only once a year do you have the chance to take part in a unique workshop sewing coin purses from silk and jacquard ties. It's an extraordinary opportunity to create an elegant trinket by hand and at the same time support the activities of the Nitkomaniacy Foundation. Under the guidance of Joanna Nitkomaniaczka – President of the Foundation, you will learn how to give forgotten ties a second life by transforming them into exclusive mini coin purses with clasp closures. During the meeting, you will learn, among other things: - how to sew coin purses with a clasp, - how to modify their pattern, - in what order to combine and sew individual elements, Bring your own keepsake tie or choose one of the many we've prepared – each hides its own story and unique pattern. ✨ When and where: SZTUKARNIA 📅 November 29 ⏰ 11:00 – 16:00 👥 For people 18+ 💰 Participation cost: 200 PLN Your payment is a donation for the statutory purposes of the Nitkomaniacy Foundation – in this way, you support our daily activities and the purchase of tools that help us run similar creative and ecological initiatives. The Nitkomaniacy Foundation promotes hand sewing. For us, needle and thread are tools that not only find their use in everyday life, but above all are a pretext for carrying out many interesting projects, both practical and artistic, using new forms and materials, traditional or craft techniques. We sew, embroider, darn, upcycle… but we also teach, inspire, and integrate sewing enthusiasts of all ages.
