KC OCR — the Krakoski Challenge — has been held on Krakow soil since 2021. NINJA/OCR competitions that take place cyclically between January and March. One club = one event/weekend, during which our competitors face three specially prepared courses testing their STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND TECHNIQUE in succession.
Competitors earn points for time and number of repetitions, which allows the most fit participants among women and men to be determined. The competition lasts two days — adults compete on Saturday, while Sunday is for the younger participants.
The competition is divided into ELITE and OPEN categories. The elite has strictly defined rules, and each course has its own rules that are explained in detail by coaches before the start. Clubs then pull out their entire obstacle arsenal, enriching the courses with their creativity (wild combos, a weighted vest? That's just a drop in the ocean of what may await you). In the Open category, courses are made easier so everyone can find something for themselves.
Additionally, besides the individual classification, clubs compete with each other in a team classification. Krakoski Challenge OCR is not only a competition but also an opportunity to build the Krakow OCR community, strengthening relations between clubs and competitors.
