KC OCR — the Krakoski Challenge — has been present in Krakoski land since 2021. The NINJA/OCR competitions take place cyclically between January and March. One club = one event/weekend, during which competitors face three specially prepared courses testing, in turn, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND TECHNIQUE.
Competitors earn points for time and number of repetitions, which makes it possible to identify the most fit participants among women and men. The competition lasts two days: on Saturday adults compete, while on Sunday the stage belongs to the younger ones. The competition is divided into ELITE and OPEN categories. In ELITE strict rules apply, and each course has its own rules, which are explained in detail by coaches before the start. Clubs enrich the courses with their creativity (wild combos, weight vests and other obstacles). In the OPEN category the courses are eased so that everyone can find something for themselves. In addition to the individual classification, clubs also compete in a team classification.
Krakoski Challenge OCR is not only a competition but also an opportunity to build the Krakow OCR community, strengthening ties between clubs and competitors.
