
The Data Privacy team at Dentons law firm cordially invites law students and lawyers interested in data protection to participate in the fifth edition of the Dentons Privacy Academy! What is the Dentons Privacy Academy? It is a series of educational workshops led by Dentons lawyers specializing in data protection, as well as invited guests. The program is a unique opportunity to delve into the most practical aspects of privacy, get acquainted with topics that lawyers at international law firms and members of internal corporate privacy teams face every day. Who is it for? The workshops are aimed at law students and graduates. Preference will be given to those with at least several months of practical experience in data protection law, gained while working at a law firm or in a company's internal legal department. Candidates should be familiar with the basic concepts of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular understanding terms such as "controller", "processor", "personal data processing", etc. What does the program include? The program is divided into 7 meetings covering 14 thematic blocks, each consisting of a substantive part where the instructors will introduce participants to the most important GDPR institutions and provide knowledge that will be practically used during the second part of the workshops – solving case studies. Please name the files as follows: Surname_Name_DPA2026_CV and Surname_Name_DPA2026_LM. - Submitting your application is equivalent to accepting the regulations. 📅 Stage II – January 30 – February 10, 2026 - Selected candidates will be invited to solve a case study prepared by us in English. 📅 Stage III – by February 16, 2026 - We will select a group of 20-25 participants for the Dentons Privacy Academy 2026, and will inform candidates individually by email.
