Prizes:

• 1st place: 150 zł + trophy
• 2nd place: trophy + 100 zł voucher
• 3rd place: trophy + 50 zł voucher

Additionally: 15% discount for participants on the day of the tournament for purchases at the brick-and-mortar store (regardless of purchase amount).

Tournament rules:

• Every participant is required to read the regulations and follow its provisions.
• Number of rounds: 3.
• The tournament is played with a single team chosen according to the “Classified” rules in force on the day before the tournament and according to the general Kill Team tournament rules.
• Painted teams are welcome (not mandatory).
• In case of doubts regarding WYSIWYG please contact before the tournament: info@manewr.org (for official model approval).
• Each player must bring their own equipment packs, tokens and other accessories. If missing — please contact: info@manewr.org.
• The game must be finished within the round time. If a player wants to use a chess clock, they must provide it themselves.
• Organizers reserve the right to exclude a participant for indecent behavior, breaking the law or disrespecting others' dignity.
• The event description in BCP will list the drawn Crit Ops played in each round.

Match scoring:

• Win: 3 points
• Draw: 1 point
• Loss: 0 points
• Forfeit: 0 points

Final standings (tiebreakers):

• Tournament Points (TP)
• Tournament Points SoS (average TP of opponents)
• Victory Points (VP)

Pairing system and result reporting:

Pairings and results are determined by the Best Coast Pairings (BCP) app.

Creating an account and joining the tournament in BCP is mandatory.

Late arrivals and forfeits:

• If one player does not appear within 15 minutes of the round start: the absent player receives 0 VP and loses the match.
• The opponent automatically wins and receives VP equal to the average VP they obtained in previous rounds (rounded up).

Tournament schedule (The tournament takes place from 10:00–17:00):

• 10:00–10:15 — Check-in, tournament opening, random prizes
• 10:15–12:00 — Round I
• 12:15–14:00 — Round II
• 14:30–16:15 — Round III
• 16:15–16:45 — Awarding winners, tournament end

Chess clocks (optional):

• Clocks are not mandatory but recommended.
• If a player requests a clocked game, both sides are obliged to keep time.
• When a player runs out of time, they must pass their activations and may only make necessary defensive rolls.
• If the round time expires: the active player finishes the current activation, then the opponent plays one activation, after which points are counted.

Early starts and possible extensions:

Players may start before the official round start by mutual agreement.

In exceptional cases, with the judge's and both players' consent, a small extension of round time is possible.

By sending the entry fee I consent to the processing of personal data contained in the form for the purpose of organizing and running events organized by Klub Manewr, in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).

By making the payment I confirm the registration and consent to sending its copy to the provided email address.

Consent to publication of image:

By registering and paying, the participant gives free consent to record and distribute their image (photos, videos) taken during the “Dzienne Manewry” tournament.

The consent covers use of the image for documentary, promotional, informational and marketing purposes by the organizer – Klub Manewr and sponsors (website, social media, online and printed promotional materials).

Lack of consent for use of image must be reported to the organizer in writing or by email before the tournament starts.
