Who are the workshops for?



  • Either they have never made pizza at home and don't know where to start.
  • Or they've been making it for a while and feel something still isn't working as it should.


That's why the workshops are designed so every participant goes through the whole process: correct mixing of ingredients, kneading, balling, shaping and baking the pizza independently. I'll teach you how to make a pizza that even an Italian would say “Mamma Mia” when they see it.



What will you learn?



  • How to prepare pizza like a true pizzaiolo: from scratch to baking, using the best ingredients, covering technique, proportions and baking tricks.
  • How to make perfectly thin Italian dough and understand what makes it taste best.
  • Learn about different types of flour, find out which to choose in a Polish store and why type 00 is only the beginning of the story.
  • Learn the recipe and baking method for Neapolitan-style dough.
  • Try authentic Italian cheeses, cured meats, mushrooms and grilled vegetables, as well as top-quality olive oil.
  • Find out where to buy top-quality products at good prices.

A few words about me:
I'm Pizza Karol. Online I share knowledge about home pizza baking. I create expert but accessible educational and lifestyle content — I show how to bake better pizza at home, test ingredients, ovens and techniques, and debunk myths.



I started the Instagram account @pizza_karol at the end of 2024. In less than 12 months I surpassed 40k followers. When I began my pizza journey, I missed a place where pizza knowledge would be organized and available to amateurs — a place where you can feel at home.



I run workshops for restaurants, companies and home pizza enthusiasts. I'm sure that after this event you'll start making the best pizza of your life!
