Portuguese cuisine workshop with Agnieszka Eriksson.
At the workshop we will prepare:
- MEXILHOES COM CHOURIÇO, TOMATE E PIMENTOS – mussels in a sauce with aromatic, smoked chouriço sausage, cherry tomatoes and peppers
- COSTELINHA DE PORCO COM LARANJAS – pork ribs with oranges and a cilantro-based piso sauce served with roasted potatoes
- FRANGO NA BRASA COM PIRIPIRI – Piri-piri Chicken – a dish originating from Mozambique, a former Portuguese colony, where spicy piri piri peppers grow, which arrived in Portugal with Portuguese sailors
- PAO DE DEUS – Divine Bread – sweet and fluffy yeast buns with a coconut crumble, which are traditionally baked in Portugal on November 1st. You will learn more about this tradition during the workshop
