O wydarzeniu

Hakya Gago - "Returns" — painting exhibition

Exhibition: 19/01 – 14/03/2026
Finissage: 5/03 (Thu), 17:30

Hakya Gago – an artist of Polish–Japanese heritage. She creates paintings, murals and objects that appear in private and public spaces — from apartments to theaters.

"My work is an encounter with the invisible - with energy, symbol, intuition and nature. I am an artist who listens: to myself, to ancestors, to spaces and to the silence between sounds.

I paint using acrylic, watercolor and calligraphic ink. My works are:

  • full of symbolism and spiritual message
  • rooted in nature and life rhythms
  • created intuitively and with intention

I value the beauty of chance, the delicacy of line and understatement. Each painting is a space for contemplation — a story to which one can return.

What I paint is for people who wish to create in their surroundings a place of calm, depth and quiet; who seek art with soul and meaning; who feel that an image can be a mirror of an inner journey.

The paintings I create are a point of pause. A moment in which one can breathe. A space where intuition speaks more than words, and symbolism leads inward.

I believe that art can heal, strengthen and remind us who we really are."
